The app is great: the employers? Not so much….
You can apply for every single job on the app, the employer will not make a choice on time and the vacancy will disappear. Plans have to go on hold because MAYBE I will have a flexible shift on a particular day but the job listing always just expires. There should be some form of penalisation for employers who continue to do this. Carrefour for example; I’ve applied for 8 shifts over the course of 1.5 months, all expired before a choice was made but THEY ARE STILL LISTING MORE SHIFTS ON OTHER DATES. Why? So the app is great in principle but just be prepared to never get a shift and essentially have your time wasted. It’s infuriating.

Ze blokkeren je account omdat je zogezegd teveel waarschuwingen hebt, maar heb nog nooit 1 ontvangen. Bovendien krijg ik dan wel nog mails om Jobs te zoeken op de app terwijl ik geblokkeerd ben dan bel ik naar het nummer en zegt er een automatisch antwoord apparaat dat ik moet mailen. 0,0 service!

Nowjobs est très bon pour le fexi jobs. Tu poses tes disponibilités. Tu reçois les offres, tu sollicite et le contrat t’es envoyé sur l’app nowjobs. Tu le signes et le travail commence.
