## What is Nowl?

Turn your iPhone into a dumb phone.
Nowl replaces your cluttered Home Screen with a simple list of the 5 to 7 apps you actually need. Block distracting apps on your own schedule and see where your screen time really goes.

Your phone should be a tool, not a trap. Every unlock lands you on colorful icons, red badges and endless feeds, and a quick check turns into an hour of scrolling. Nowl strips all of that away, so you pick up your phone with a purpose and put it down when you're done.

▶ FEATURES

DUMB PHONE HOME SCREEN
Set up a minimalist launcher with only your essential apps, shown as a clean text list. Add Nowl widgets to your Home Screen and keep everything else out of sight.

APP BLOCKER
Pick the apps that steal your time, like social media, games and video, and block them in a tap.

CUSTOM SCHEDULES
Block apps automatically during work hours, at bedtime or all weekend. Set it once and Nowl follows your routine, so you don't have to rely on willpower.

SCREEN TIME INSIGHTS
See your daily screen time, your most-used apps and how often you pick up your phone. Track your progress week by week.

▶ ONE APP FOR A CALMER PHONE
A minimal home screen, an app blocker, schedules and screen time tracking, all in one place. No juggling separate apps to build the setup you want.

▶ USE NOWL TO
- Focus at work without reaching for your phone
- Study without social media pulling you away
- Keep your evenings and bedtime screen-free

- Be present with friends and family
