Created by someone trying coding for the first time. ### 1/5 — Money taken and no order received *2024-11-13* The delivery driver obviously delivered at the wrong house and from that point no one at NOWNow knew what to do. But you can be sure they took my money without hesitation. 5 customer service agents later and none could help. Typical service standard. The one agent who called accused me of not knowing where I live and that my order is at my door. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I deleted the app multiple times to start fresh, but no luck. The app is unable to pick my location. I checked my settings and everything is allowed. Pointless using it, if only have the items get delivered and they offer you no replacements. And some replacements are just a money earner for them. NowNow was good initially, but the app is seriously flawed and I will never use it again. AI bots providing zero customer service, very slow deliveries, no notification when something ordered is out of stock, high delivery charges, the list goes on.
