Recent orders have been taking almost two hours or more with no contact from the business informing of the delay. With Aed 6 delivery free and 1.98 service free. How is this nownow? Other grocery and delivery services are faster 20 to 30mins with half the fee ### 2/5 — Good app but often issues with replacement items *2023-02-19* Quick and easy to use app but the items shown are often not available. Replacement options are sent but issues with the selection of this. It is on a time limit and if you don’t action in time they just deliver the other items. Customer service also doesn’t action in time if you request help with the replacement because the app isn’t working. Instashop is MUCh better, you get good customer service and their app is fantastic! ### 1/5 — It's a scam *2022-08-09* Buyers be aware they charge you the full amount of every order you make despite the fact that they never delive r your whole order. You always have to check the order you made against what you receive. I spoke to members of their team on chat but they were incredible rude and unhelpful. I got no refund, no resolution and was kept waiting on a queue for a chat for hours. The customer service is atrocious and they couldn’t care less about shoppers! Stick with Careem, Talabat or Deliveroo next time. I placed an order and received a wrong item, at first we were told to wait 4 hours to resolve the issue. Next thing, someone called and said they will replace the item, 3 drivers called in and wanted to get the wrong item without even sending the correct one. By the way, I already paid for the order. Just a hassle how things were handled, for an amount of 20ish dirhams for juice, took how many hours to resolved without even compensating the customer for the inconvenienced they have caused. It was a clear fault on their side. I mostly used apps for ordering online and byfar this is the worst I have dealt with specially in terms of resolving order issues. Created by someone trying coding for the first time. ### 1/5 — Money taken and no order received *2024-11-13* The delivery driver obviously delivered at the wrong house and from that point no one at NOWNow knew what to do. But you can be sure they took my money without hesitation. 5 customer service agents later and none could help. Typical service standard. The one agent who called accused me of not knowing where I live and that my order is at my door. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I deleted the app multiple times to start fresh, but no luck. The app is unable to pick my location. I checked my settings and everything is allowed. Pointless using it, if only have the items get delivered and they offer you no replacements. And some replacements are just a money earner for them.
