### 4/5 — Very good service, recommended

*2018-06-22, version 1.6.3*

We have used this a lot lately when dealing with older relatives and young kids. App seemed easy enough to use, could use a more colorful design.

### 4/5 — Nice

*2016-07-08, version 8*

Cool app very useful and helpful thank you..!!!

### 4/5 — Good pharmacy

*2016-04-14, version 1.3.0*

Loved the service. The app could be better hence the 4 star.

### 5/5 — NowRx app - easy to use!

*2016-01-09, version 1.1.2*

I recently used the NowRx app and highly recommend it. Found the app to be very easy to use, and quick to set up a new account. Free pharmacy delivery - great idea!

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2016-01-08, version 1.1.2*

This is a service we've all been waiting for!

### 5/5 — NowRx Saved Me! They are the BEST.

*2016-01-05, version 1.1.2*

I was standing alone at a CVS Pharmacy counter, while 2 pharmacists ignored me. I was desperate to get home to my daughter with her medications and even told the pharmacists I was in a rush. Nobody cared. While I waited, I downloaded the NowRx app on my iPhone. I took photos of my prescriptions and insurance card and sent them to NowRx. They said they'd deliver the medications to my house in 20 minutes! I left CVS immediately, drove home to my daughter and got her medications a few minutes later. I can not tell you how happy and impressed I was with NowRx!!! One of their pharmacists, Melissa, called and nicely explained the medications to me. Ricky, the driver, was very professional and caring and even texted to let me know he was on his way. My daughter had just had her wisdom teeth removed and I needed to be home with her to remove her gauze, replace her ice packs and make her smoothies. It would have been a nuisance to drive back to the CVS an hour later to retrieve her medications. Plus she needed her pain medication right away. NowRx was extremely fast, reliable and saved us money on the medications!!! NowRx is without a doubt the best pharmacy experience I have ever had!

### 1/5 — Shady

*2022-10-19, version 3.5.0*

As of October 10 they are now charging a convenience fee on orders. This came without any notice. Such a shady change. Boo

### 1/5 — Did not let me create an account and red flags

*2021-12-11, version 3.3.0*

I tried it and was never able to create an account. The first screen asks you for your number, dob, address, e-mail address, and for a password. The continue button at the bottom never changed allowing me to continue. So I went to my local pharmacy and had my prescription in about 15 minutes. There are some commends that said that they ask for way too much personal information. One person complained that they made them fill out the whole application and at the end they were told that the service was not provided in their area. That shows that they don't care, they made that person waste a lot of time and share a lot of personal information they had no business acquiring. FACTS: Companies use the excuse that it is for your safety. Up to a point only some of the information could be used to verify you identity, but if you feel that they are asking a lot more than necessary and feel uncomfortable, listen tho that voice. Stop, delete the app, and if you live in California contact them through e-mail and demand for them to delete your account, all your personal information and to NOT sale or share any of your personal information. Remember people, there is no such thing as a free lunch (free delivery). Regardless of what they say they do sale and share your personal information to make money. Obviously some of that information they can NOT share or sale, unless is to third parties like an outside billing company, your doctor's office, and of course your insurance company. Anyone outside that would be a HIPPA violation. Not even police can have access to your medical records unless they have a court order. HIPPA is a Federal law to protect the privacy of patients. Marketing companies have no business. I am sure they know this and would not share some of your personal information, but if they are asking for excessive information, it is because they will sell and share what they can and the more they have the better. I've done cyber security for about 15 years, I have investigated companies that claim not to share or sell personal information and I've got enough of them braking their own privacy policies enough times to mistrust 80% of companies who make those claims. I love what someone once said, another security expert, for most companies now days the products they sale you is a part of their budget, the real money maker (for some companies) is you. That is right sweetie, your are the product, and they are selling you with the excuse to "improve our service by providing our clients with products that may of interest to them (that is marketing) and safety of your personal information. We take our clients information extremely serious and protect it as such." Ok wink wink! Now, to be fair to them, I am NOT accusing NowRx of doing such dishonorable scam practices. That is not what I said. Noticed that I said that I've gotten many companies with their hand in the cookie jar and have a hard time trusting most companies. At least until I can test their honesty through several means, sometimes that includes the legal path. So as of right now, because of the excessive amount of information people are claiming they were forced to provide, it raises a lot of red flags. Unfortunately it did not let me continue so I could not see for myself what type of "excessive" information. Very important since quite often I start detecting red flags in the sign up process very quickly. I was not even able to get to the privacy policies and conditions of use. I will go over those once I expand my investigation. There are other ways of investigating them, so I'll continue my search. The reason I go after certain industries, like the medical industry, is because this is sick peoples' very sensitive information. There was a code of honor and mutual respect from provider to patient and patient to provider. That is how doctors achieved such an honorable place in our society. The medical community sadly went from a "community" to and "industry" where money is above lives. Due to my long medical background I hold the medical industry at a MUCH higher standard then most other industries. Sick people at their most vulnerable moments in their lives are trusting medical providers with their very lives. And I don't care what they say, no personal information of any patient should ever be sold for profit or share with third parties not directly involved with the patient care. None! I am sure this review will get deleted, so I'll make sure that I copy it and post it again once that happens.

### 1/5 — Poor service in June 2020

*2020-06-30, version 2.0.2*

Tried it because my doctor insisted that this is a good service. Despite asking for a specific 3-hour window, they failed to deliver my medication within that. They didn’t even bother giving me a time estimate until I messaged them. I would recommend sticking with your CVS/Walgreens/Costco/Walmart pharmacies that are at least predictable.

### 1/5 — Please improve the app UX

*2019-09-06, version 2.0.2*

The one-star is for the app. The service itself is actually not bad. They text you and usually deliver next day. However, the app design is really bad. For example, I can’t add my apartment in the address. When I click support, it leads me to address. It just doesn’t make sense at all. I can’t find info like when will be the next delivery date for my auto refill. I can’t easily change scheduled delivery. All of these can be helped through text messages to their support but their customer support info cannot be found anywhere in the app, no text number, no email, no ticketing system. I used to use NimbleRX, although the business is merged to NowRx, NimbleRX’s app design was pretty good and end-user friendly. Please improve the app UX. It will significantly change your engagement and retention.

### 1/5 — Worst service ever!

*2019-05-19, version 1.6.3*

I used to use NimbleRX before they stopped serving my area and supposedly moved people to NowRX who didn’t have any of my info or prescriptions.

They don’t deliver the prescriptions on a schedule and when I try to order a refill it doesn’t allow to do it. They have no online support so you have to call M-F 9-5 and Sat 9-12 unlike Nimble who had excellent online support.

I’m deleting the app and going back to CVS as it’s less of a hassle to drive there and pick it up vs dealing with this service.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

### 1/5 — Work in progress

*2016-05-27, version 8*

Needs company contact info within app, needs to show current status of refills—which ones are in the process of being refilled, which are in delivery, which have just been delivered, etc. Needs to support on-demand refill rather than according to a set schedule

### 2/5 — Good service. Bad app.

*2018-03-03, version 1.6.3*

The service is quite good but the app brings down the whole experience. The design is dated and the UX leaves a lot to be desired. There are bugs and no way to contact support.

### 3/5 — Layout issues

*2021-08-20, version 3.0.0*

The navigation and notification buttons are too far up on the screen, so they don’t work. You tap the clock and WiFi/battery symbols instead. Otherwise seems to work ok.

### 3/5 — App won’t open/keeps crashing

*2019-04-11, version 1.6.3*

Great concept if it would open and work properly

### 3/5 — What’s stopping me

*2019-01-18, version 1.6.3*

This looks like a great idea, and I was excited to try it, so downloaded the app. I entered quite a bit of personal info, stuff I wouldn’t normally just put out there but that was necessary for the service NowRx provides. It wasn’t until after that, that I was told they don’t service my area.
It would’ve been nice to know that at the beginning. If a pizza delivery app can do a location check first, so could this app. And even if you don’t make that change, having a list of metro areas that you serve and maybe those that are coming soon, would be a nice addition.

### 5/5 — Loving the new version!

*2022-03-05, version 3.4.0*

Huge improvement from the previous version. It’s so much easier to manage and order my prescriptions. I can’t image waiting in pharmacy lines ever again.

### 5/5 — NowRx is awesome!

*2022-03-03, version 3.4.0*

Our family has had excellent service from NowRX and this app makes it even easier to use.

### 5/5 — NowRx is a great service and the app makes it even easier

*2022-03-03, version 3.4.0*

The new app is easy to navigate, clear and streamlined. This is a nice addition to an already top quality company. As a prescribing MD I use NowRx as I know it gets the right prescription to my patients’ home the day I prescribe it at no delivery cost to the patient. That I can now prescribe from the app makes the company even more convenient.

### 5/5 — Excellent Service! On demand pharmacy

*2021-08-04, version 3.0.0*

NowRx is an awesome service that delivers prescriptions fast and free! Their team and customer service is very friendly and efficient.

I highly recommend their service and excited to see them grow and provide additional offerings!

Way to modernize the pharmacy experience!

### 5/5 — Works fantastic!

*2018-08-10, version 1.6.3*

Very happy with this. Does everything you could want and is super easy to use.

### 5/5 — Excellent On-demand prescription solution app

*2018-07-01, version 1.6.3*

App is super easy to use. Snap a photo of your prescription, add insurance info, billing, and delivery address - and you're done! Recommend to anyone.

### 5/5 — Can't Wait!

*2016-10-05, version 8*

NowRX is the PERFECT app for busy recent college grads like me. I hate going to the pharmacy - heck, I can barely bring myself to go shopping anywhere but online!

It's easy and fast to set up, and it's an actual pharmacy itself, which is a huge deal.

I cannot WAIT until they notify me that it's available in my area!

### 5/5 — Goodbye CVS. Goodbye Walgreens.

*2016-08-18, version 8*

Usually online prescriptions only work for refills; not so here. I snapped a picture of my paper prescription and same day, Ricky showed up with my meds. No lines, no waiting, no fuss.

The PRICE is at par or LOWER than the big box stores. They take my insurance. Plus free delivery with no tip accepted (I tried to tip Ricky and he refused)!

They can also deliver non-prescription pharmacy-type items. Just call or email to inquire. Fast and friendly people ready and anxious to help.

Can't say enough good. Thank you for an AWESOME experience! I'll be back and I'll be bringing my friends/family too.

### 5/5 — Great

*2016-06-11, version 8*

Very nice idea... Great app!

### 5/5 — Great and easy service!

*2016-03-09, version 1.3.0*

Standing in pharmacy lines no more! I've been using this service for the the last 2 months, and am amazed at the ease with which I have been able to get my whole family's medication delivered straight to my door within an hour of the Doctor having prescribed it - and the fact that most of the doctors already have NowRx in their systems is great!
