Subsequently asked to also pay through the app as showed “not paid”. Doctor then said she was not available due to private issues. Refund request submitted for double charge, with no reply. I’m an accountant / ex-auditor and this feels like a scam. Asked the most basic questions for 30 seconds and spitted out prescriptions right away, that’s it. I wasn’t even done talking and she kept cutting me off. That’s P1,200 folks, what a ripoff. I missed my first appointment and I rebooked it. The second one was not successful because the secretary told that she’s really busy, the third booking came and I already gave up as I waited for hours because the doctor has a procedure going on. It’s very disappointing because they didn’t respect my time. She cannot manage handling her own schedule for the patients.
