Subsequently asked to also pay through the app as showed “not paid”. Doctor then said she was not available due to private issues. Refund request submitted for double charge, with no reply. I’m an accountant / ex-auditor and this feels like a scam. Asked the most basic questions for 30 seconds and spitted out prescriptions right away, that’s it. I wasn’t even done talking and she kept cutting me off. That’s P1,200 folks, what a ripoff. The app has no way to rate the doctors too so… I guess I’m back to finding a better virtual consult app. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional Doctor *2024-09-08* I live here in US and I have an appointment with one the REIs named Dr. Cialuj Teza Agbayani. I missed my first appointment and I rebooked it. The second one was not successful because the secretary told that she’s really busy, the third booking came and I already gave up as I waited for hours because the doctor has a procedure going on. It’s very disappointing because they didn’t respect my time. She cannot manage handling her own schedule for the patients. Please, if you can’t commit to your patients online, don’t involve yourself to this kind of online consultation because your just wasting the time of your patients if you’re always late to show up. ### 1/5 — Unable to create account. Several errors, no support. ### 1/5 — It Freezes!!! *2021-07-12* It freezes everytime I try to register my phone and start using the app. What’s happening? I have not been able to use it!!!! I have raised this with the support team but they cannot resolve this. Really really bad app. Just an update: It works on older iOS versions like iOS 12.4 but not on iOS 14.6 (the latest). It works on my iPhone 6 but not in my iPhone cS Max ### 2/5 — Scheduling problem *2021-10-22* This app does not allow scheduling 2 Doctors on the same day in the same hospital. It doesn’t allow rescheduling, instead it cancels the appointments and blocks the customer.
