Have to close and reopen app every time I need see how much time has passed on the clock, or to press any of the clock features. My coworkers and I could not get the app to even load on any of our phones tonight. The manager had to do all our timesheets by hand. What's the point in even having this app? When not in use, it logs you out. Worked great back when the graphics were blue, like a year ago. I can't wait for my job to use a new program. ### 1/5 — Tedious app *2026-07-29, version 4.0.13* When clicking a TEAM tab to view the entire team, I need to see everyones clock out time on the main list. I have to click on each individual worker to see their clock out time and if they received a star/note. The old version of this app was so much more helpful. Also add a group clock out feature so I can clock multiple team members out at once. This app is so tedious and time consuming. This can be made better! Also it takes forever to load now and I have to relogin Everytime I open the app. GET IT TOGETHER DEVS! ### 1/5 — Almost 10 months *2026-07-23, version 4.0.13* Ever since the update almost 10 months ago, people have been complaining about constantly being signed out of the app. When you finally are able to sign in, you then have to close and reopen the app for shifts to appear. Then after all that, it’s still showing everyone how much money you’re making with no option to hide it, which feels unnecessary and uncomfortable when you’re trying to show someone shift information etc on your phone. App used to be great, now I dread having to use it every day. ### 1/5 — Costly glitches! *2026-07-09, version 4.0.13* Too many times have I missed a job opportunity because the app logged me out (for no reason!) AND then when trying to log in again, it wouldn’t recognize my unchanged password… until I close the app and open it a few times. So no I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING IT ifhad the choice… this last one was the straw that camel’s back. ### 1/5 — A scam *2026-07-05, version 4.0.13* A platform selling hr services ### 1/5 — Great before the most recent update *2026-06-22, version 4.0.13* Used to work perfectly but after the recent update in the last year it’s horrible. Logs me out, doesn’t allow me to sign back in, super glitchy have to clear the app repeatedly and even then often it still doesn’t work. Not sure what’s taking the nowsta team so long to figure out such glaring issues. ### 1/5 — Unnecessary update *2026-06-20, version 4.0.13* This app was great till they last updated it. The app will glitch so often and not load any of your upcoming jobs or job history. ### 1/5 — App is poorly optimized *2026-05-28, version 4.0.13* Sad the app never works correctly, even when it does there’s still at least 1 thing wrong, it logs you out everyday, it glitches and doesn’t clock you in, it just sucks ### 1/5 — The app is convenient but it has so many bugs!!! *2026-04-25, version 4.0.12* So many bugs, it’s the worst on a computer, most of the information won’t even work.
