So buggy it's borderline unusable. Have to restart app almost everytime I try to clock in or accept a shift. Also I often have to restart my phone to clock in or out of a shift, which is also a huge inconvenience when time is tight. When I click on the announcements tab, it just loads forever and then closes out the app. The whole point of this app is to pick up shifts and communicate with the team, now we can’t do that. So frustrating. Update - 03/11/2026 The app is even worse than before. I tried logging in on the mobile site and that was fine. But after this last major update it will just randomly sign you out and make you log back in. And that simple thing is causing me to miss out on hundreds of dollars of income every month. My fellow employees and i are working with management to explore other apps. Just now it logged me out and my password didn’t work. “Did I enter it incorrectly?” you ask? Yes. Through my password manager. And once I closed and reopened the app it logged me in fine. It’s actively costing me money because, by the time I solve the issue, the shift is gone. And for what? A new color scheme and UX design. Other screens can be slow to load. The app constantly logs me out when I leave the app, making me sign in each time. The work I’m being sent on the Nowsta app is first come first serve, not having these extra steps is important. ### 1/5 — It’s so bad *2026-01-14, version 4.0.7* Idk why they would switch the confirm button and decline and I hate how it’s not green and red anymore bring back the old update ### 2/5 — Bug After Update *2026-01-13, version 4.0.7* I reported a bug a few weeks ago, but i haven’t heard back. The app worked correctly before a recent update, but now February shows 32 days, March with 28 days, April with 32 days. When I swipe from one month to another, it goes directly to the month after. When I add my availability, it disappears. Can someone help? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-08-15, version 4.0.14* Straight up unusable. Have to close and reopen app every time I need see how much time has passed on the clock, or to press any of the clock features. My coworkers and I could not get the app to even load on any of our phones tonight. The manager had to do all our timesheets by hand. What's the point in even having this app? When not in use, it logs you out. Worked great back when the graphics were blue, like a year ago. I can't wait for my job to use a new program. ### 1/5 — Tedious app *2026-07-29, version 4.0.13* When clicking a TEAM tab to view the entire team, I need to see everyones clock out time on the main list. I have to click on each individual worker to see their clock out time and if they received a star/note. The old version of this app was so much more helpful. Also add a group clock out feature so I can clock multiple team members out at once. This app is so tedious and time consuming. This can be made better! Also it takes forever to load now and I have to relogin Everytime I open the app. GET IT TOGETHER DEVS! ### 1/5 — Almost 10 months *2026-07-23, version 4.0.13* Ever since the update almost 10 months ago, people have been complaining about constantly being signed out of the app. When you finally are able to sign in, you then have to close and reopen the app for shifts to appear. Then after all that, it’s still showing everyone how much money you’re making with no option to hide it, which feels unnecessary and uncomfortable when you’re trying to show someone shift information etc on your phone. App used to be great, now I dread having to use it every day. ### 1/5 — Costly glitches! *2026-07-09, version 4.0.13* Too many times have I missed a job opportunity because the app logged me out (for no reason!) AND then when trying to log in again, it wouldn’t recognize my unchanged password… until I close the app and open it a few times.
