never wrote a review before but i had to come here and let everyone know how bad this app is. it’s literally preventing business but i don’t think they are actively improving anything related to the app

An utterly useless app, so many issues with it and I have reached out to customer service and they've told me that they've worked on the app but it's obvious that it's just been made worse and now I am forced to place an order through my web browser and not the app which defeats the purpose of what the app was therefore. This is by the worst dispensary app I've used.

As of last week the shop button is completely gone. There is no way to order at all, this is literally just a rewards app that doesn’t give out the rewards.

Doesn’t even show store in any state other than Michigan and does not keep track of rewards. Bought earlier in the week still have no rewards

The shop button is gone in the app. I can’t place an order thru it anymore which makes using rewards rather inconvenient.

I’ve been shopping here several yrs now. Ive worked customer service over 30yrs, it’s #1 w me.., the management & staff, is SO Friendly, Helpful, on the ball, every time I go in. & they know me as a regular, can answer any questions I have. WHY, it’s my #1 store! I’ve tryed numerous other places, despite your prices literally being the best, it’s ultimately customer service for me! 
(Only 1, complaint, I’ve tryed getting hired in parttime awhile now, couple managers said they wanna hire me, yet, the main guy, refuses (despite me being so qualified for this position), they turn me down due to me Needing PT w Disability, he ONLY wants to hire FT employees. Yes quite a turnover, & Needing help.) As I walk in & out, I’m always picking up trash on ground outside, putting up sign on ground some days, ALL because of my OCD, & my respect for a perfect looking place inside, & out. Other than that, unless prices raise again, or service goes downhill, I’ll be here! 
Oh, you SERIOUSLY Need a Location in WALKER/STANDALE MI 
Location!! (Only, for these reasons, I rated 4/5 stars….)
