It’s one of the best GTD stye task management tools available and in my opinion it's the best for working with a small or growing team. I've quit using it several times to find something better, but I always come back. The team behind Nozbe is constantly working to improve the app and they listen to their customers. ### 5/5 — The best task and project management app you’ve never heard of *2023-10-07* Try Nozbe. War langezeit zu geizig, um auf Nozbe umzustellen, da ich dachte, dass ich mit Todoist Premium gleich gut über die runden komme. Aber Nozbe ist einfach simpler, was dazu führte, dass ich produktiver arbeiten konnte. Todoist kann per se mehr. Aber die ganzen Funktionen haben eher dazu geführt, dass ich mich beim „optimieren“ zu sehr reingesteigert und ich letztlich vom produktiv arbeiten abgelenkt wurde. Wer das Geld hat, sollte es meines Erachtens hier investieren. Für ein Tool, dass einem hilft täglich seinen Verpflichtungen nachzukommen, geht der Preis dann letztlich doch in Ordnung. Es ist aber sicher auch Typsache. Am besten verschiedene Tools ausprobieren, aber dann nicht sparen, wenn eben das teurere Tool einem mehr liegt… Supportfragen wurden auch wo ich noch free-User war prompt beantwortet! **Developer response:** Vielen herzlichen Dank für die Bewertung! Nozbe has a clear strategy of "less is more". The interface is the same on any platform, which is often a limitation in other platforms. This is a huge plus when onboarding your team or putting together training materials. The cost effective licencing also means you don't need to "ration" your licences, your whole team can be in nozbe for the cost of a handful of licences in other tools. Why isn’t there an iOS 26 update after so many months? I have been a long time user of this product however I find myself constantly looking for something new only to return to Nozbe time and time again. The integration with Google Calendar and Evernote are fantastic. Looking forward to continued advancements in artificial intelligence as well as voice integration. I would love to see an Apple Watch application as well. ### 5/5 — fantastic todo app *2026-01-09* tried dozens of todo apps. this one is exceptionally high quality. minimalistic, easy to use, decent multiplatform support. **Developer response:** Thank you for your five stars review! ### 5/5 — Put my entire life in one place - best productivity system for individuals or small groups *2025-03-21* Previously used the old Nozbe (Nozbe classic) which I found to be a better bet than many of the competitors. Simple or as complex as you need. Switched over to the new Nozbe and for a while tested out other apps again. But life happened - job/business became overwhelmingly busy, personal life became stressful - including managing a close family member with a neurodegenerative disease. This app saves my life every day at the moment. You can backlink tasks (make a mini wiki) and connect Evernote and Dropbox files. I put everything into Nozbe. It’s a one stop, quick reference, my master plan. Unlike other apps it’s the same visually on every platform, no thought or confusion needed, I just find what I need. No stress. A simple system is all you need, but reliability, flexibility and bulletproofness makes this app the best. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. I use a Nozbe with my work (4 people) and an upgraded space for personal stuff (and share a few projects with free users). It lacks some of the bells and whistles of larger program management applications, but for me that is what makes it attractive. It has what small organizations need while allowing you to use it as part of a system with other applications, rather than relying on one app for everything. Through the years in various organizations, I have used most of the popular productivity tools on the market and have always recommended (and used) Nozbe both personally and professionally. Nozbe allows me to brainstorm ideas and tasks for each project, yet has the flexibility to keep it simple so I stay focused on one task so I don’t become overwhelmed. When I want to collaborate on a project, Nozbe allows me to attach files, Google Docs and other files while keeping me and others invited to my projects on point with communication that is specific to task at hand. It’s been an indispensable part of my daily life. I recently switched to Nozbe and it’s exceeded my expectations.
