Honestly worst fitness app I’ve ever used. Nupur seems fine from her Instagram presence but her nutritionists were never able to answer questions, did not respond to help me make this program sustainable, and was overly Indian in focus - when I asked explicitly before starting whether it would be suitable for an Australia-based client. There are plenty other programs - like BBR - who are far better for South Asians living in western countries.
