## What is NPS by KFintech?

The APP gives details of NPS account registered with KFintech-CRA. The Subscriber can access latest account details by logging in through User ID (PRAN) and password (I-PIN). The following features are provided through the APP
 
1.    View your Profile details.
2.    View current Holdings
3.    Request for Transaction Statement on registered Email ID.
4.    Change contact details like Telephone, Mobile no. and Email ID.
5.    Change Password facility
6.    View Last 5 contribution transactions carried out
7.    Contribute in NPS Tier I as well as Tier II account

9.    One Way Switch request (from Tier II to Tier I)

Need easy button to transfer funds from tier 2 to tier 1 and close tier 2. it seems confusing in app. 

please fix the app nicely. also, why not support sbi bank to be visible there. for nps protean ppl can see their nps in yono app. only ppl with kfintech dont have that option. pls make app with more features. stable & better UI

Very bad experience. Seems like they forget to hire quality software developers. The support team is even worse. The App is not opening since last few days, and even the web version is also not working. Login page doesn’t appear for both web and iOS app version. Apple should have some checks and balances before approving such apps to be listed on AppStore.

NPS website and ios mobile app are horrible, there is no clear way to check my current holding, invested amount, current value, xirr, absolute growth. There is zero visualization, can't request holding summary pdf, can't view and transact with different pfms and plans, we are entering 2026 and the website is below 2010 standards.

This app would score negative marks in terms of UI and UX. There’s no biometric logic feature. This app won’t even allow OTP to be auto filled using iOS mobile keyboard nor it’ll allow to copy paste OTP from Messages. Protean has much better offering in each and every aspect. Unfortunately, I’m can’t move to Protean and I’m stuck with Kfin.

I have been trying to login my NPS account through browser and mobile app but the logging is not happened instead of getting landing page looping me to login page again and again. I already sent emails about 12 conversations but no response after 6th conversation I feel like insecure and worst support team. Fix the issue or close the account settle the amount to bank account attached to the NPS PRAN. For further detail you can find the mail “login problem” in subject.

I would have not given 1 rating if 0 is allowed. Not at all working. Always crashing. Do not waste time downloading this app. Forget about the service and support.
Worst app.
Apple should also remove from their store such useless app.

This app is just a worst app I have ever used, it very annoying, too slow, no idea what they updated, made it worst, so many faults in this app,requesting to you , please resolve all the issues with proper testing the app….it is not like that you just developed and sent to the market……😡😡😡

No finger print or face id option available. Super slow and outdated app. Every-time app logs you put and you have to find out your PRAN ID. There should be an option to login with mobile number. And please remove that stupid CAPTCHA.

App performances is worst after updating the app
There are lot of bug MPIN IS JOT WORKING
Each time need to login with pran and credentials and wait for OTP for long time
Graph analysis trend is removed this is not good for viewing the trend
Over all app is hopeless and worst this time
Who just this type off design and with these many critical and major bugs and who guys release this version to production and making user disappointment with giving stress user
First revert this update to previous version that is far better than this hopeless and worst update of this

This app to some extent was working for me to quickly check on the last investment made and the current values. Adding all the webpage features while removing the older look and feel and added security makes this a downgrade
