Same thing happened with me when i was in midway for transaction and app abruptly got timeout. Now my money is deducted but not able to see the contribution. Worst app . ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-01-03, version 2.19* Really surprised that k fintech is still not rectified the issue, it automatically logout, ui layout is not at all useful,no option to login with Face ID. Overall design of the app needs to changed and it should be as per standard. I hope this review will be read by kfintech technical team. Currently I am facing below issues, 1. While you are resetting your password, you will be timed out without any reasons. This is very annoying. It took atleast 3 attempts to reset password. 2, if tou click show details on your investment, app is crashing and closing. 3. App is not at all user friendly, it’s very difficult to understand contribution details. 4. App itself does not know what is your password and every time I set new password, during second time login I get pop-up that invalid password. And you can’t log in unless you have autofill because it times out even when filling the password. The application is being closed by showing “authorisation timed out” error. Many users facing the same issue and there is no resolution from the developer. Please login again. *2024-06-09* This app is useless made by the useless developers. It is just a showpiece. Every time I try to use it, it shows the following error within a few seconds of opening (usually within 20-40 seconds). This error has been occurring from many months. It also appears when I open the app and haven't even logged in yet but am just filling in the password. Every time, I have to log in through a web browser on my laptop. The error message is: "Authorization has been time out. Please login again." ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2024-04-28, version 2.18* Why are such apps allowed to be on the App Store? This is full of bugs and has clear performance issues. Look at the umpteen feedback which is not being paid heed to. Pls remove the app and ban the developer. Please login again. " Dear developer, if you do not want your customers to use this app, I would request you to please remove it from the AppStore. The generic answers of uninstalling and reinstalling does not help AT ALL!! This problem has been happening since a very long time now. Please listen to all the feedback which you get in your reviews section and work on it. ### 1/5 — Hopeless app *2023-11-04* First of all the app keeps signing me out after every 5 secs , by giving ‘authorisation timeout’ message . How can timeout be so short that immediately after logging in within 5 secs it kicks you out ? Just a rubbish app , cannot believe that a company handling such an important thing as a public pension system can have such a horrible app , also I have been trying to update my bank account since ages but haven’t been able to do that as it keeps throwing an error ### 1/5 — Worst app !! *2023-11-01* App does not allow user to login . Pop up keeps coming up for login time expired . Even if you manage to use superpowers to login it logs out immediate with same error again . Tried reinstalling the app but in vain . How are we suppose to monitor accounts if we are not able to login ? Seems like they forget to hire quality software developers. The support team is even worse. The App is not opening since last few days, and even the web version is also not working. Login page doesn’t appear for both web and iOS app version. Apple should have some checks and balances before approving such apps to be listed on AppStore. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2025-12-21, version 2.26* NPS website and ios mobile app are horrible, there is no clear way to check my current holding, invested amount, current value, xirr, absolute growth. There is zero visualization, can't request holding summary pdf, can't view and transact with different pfms and plans, we are entering 2026 and the website is below 2010 standards. ### 1/5 — College grads make better apps *2025-12-03, version 2.26* This app would score negative marks in terms of UI and UX. There’s no biometric logic feature. This app won’t even allow OTP to be auto filled using iOS mobile keyboard nor it’ll allow to copy paste OTP from Messages. Protean has much better offering in each and every aspect. Unfortunately, I’m can’t move to Protean and I’m stuck with Kfin. ### 1/5 — Login Problem *2025-10-22* I have been trying to login my NPS account through browser and mobile app but the logging is not happened instead of getting landing page looping me to login page again and again. I already sent emails about 12 conversations but no response after 6th conversation I feel like insecure and worst support team. Fix the issue or close the account settle the amount to bank account attached to the NPS PRAN. Almost impossible to login . I was using the NPS app by NSDL (government) which was far better and reliable. However I was forced to transfer my account as my employer introduced NPS contributions. Developers are requested to take their app seriously on all platforms. Edit-1: The problem of invisible text is in dark mode only. This is the 1st time I have encountered such an issue. Edit-2: The problem seems to have been resolved as of now.
