This app is not authentic and has no association with your student loan account. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time, doesn’t work!!! *2024-09-19* Don’t waste your time, doesn’t work!!! ### 1/5 — Does not work *2023-08-22* I made a Nelnet account, I can’t log in here. It gives me no trouble shooting info. ### 1/5 — Also can’t log in *2023-08-21* Setup account and doesn’t accept login, even though I can access account on web. ### 1/5 — Won’t login *2023-08-21* Had to wait over an hour for a call back to log into my account. Tried to log in with the proper info several times, ended up locking my account. Got my account unlocked, was told I would be able to log in no issues. Locked my account again. If you have student loans through nelnet, easiest way is to log in on a computer and pay that way.
