## What is NPS Pharmacy?

The NPS Pharmacy App allows you to have a pharmacy at fingertips.  You can request prescription refills, upload patient and insurance information, and communicate with NPS Pharmacy pharmacists and patient care coordinators. This App also allows you to exchange messages, documents, and other information in order to deliver patient care and experience. This App does not provide medical or health care advice. Consult your physician or other qualified health care provider for questions you have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new health care regimen. Do not attempt to self-diagnose or treat any medical condition based on anything contained on this App.
