Passed with ease! *2024-03-05* I was part of the beta testers EZ Prep asked to try out the app and I wanted to leave a review as soon as I could once it went live. I really enjoyed using this and passed my PT exam and got my license without a problem. Loved that the developers took my suggestions about content and seem to really care about creating good questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something to help with your PT license. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Questions are too easy *2025-05-25* The questions provided in this app are far too simplistic and do not reflect the difficulty level of the actual NPTE. Most items appear to be entry-level (Level 1) and lack clinical depth, giving the impression that they were generated by AI without thorough expert review. Additionally, the logo closely resembles that of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), which is misleading. I reached out to APTA directly, and they confirmed that this company has no affiliation with them. I was informed that their legal team would be addressing the matter. I would not recommend purchasing this resource. For high-quality NPTE preparation, consider established providers such as Typical PT, TherapyEd, or Scorebuilders. **Developer response:** Please stop leaving fake reviews on our apps. The logo is clearly not similar to the NPTE, we make it very clear we are not affiliated with them, and our questions are written by incredible writers and editors so we once again ask you to stop spreading lies. Frankly, it's sad that you feel like you need to do this. ### 2/5 — Wrong selections *2026-03-18* This app has great potential but it consistently says I got an answer wrong but then in the explanation it explains the right answer is the one I selected. It seems that the right answers have been misselected. If this would be resolved it would be a great resource ### 3/5 — What are some of these questions *2026-03-24* I’ve been using this app nonstop for studying for my exam coming up in April. A recent update completely botched these questions, where you pick an answer that is correct but the app marks it as incorrect even when the rationale behind the answer clearly states your chosen answer was correct. The app worked fine prior to this update and now it’s just confusing me on what’s actually wrong or right. Please fix this. **Developer response:** Thanks for flagging this. We recently pushed an update that affected how some questions and explanations are aligned, and in some cases the app is marking the correct answer as incorrect. We’ll get this fixed ASAP. ### 3/5 — Question Problem *2026-03-20* It’s a decent app and helps me with my clinical decision making but the answers that I’m picking are right even though it’s saying they are wrong. The explanation will match my answer but it will say the answer is wrong. I know other people have had this issue. I hope they get it fixed since the app is helpful. ### 4/5 — Good app, needs some revision *2025-04-03* Have been loving using this app to review material for the NPTE, however I have noticed that some of the questions have weird answer options and therefore don’t allow me to practice the decision making process part of the exam. For example, some questions will have two “fill in the blanks” imbedded into the question, but then one of the answer options will have THREE “fill in the blank” answers, therefore clearly eliminating that option. But I opened the app and the quizzes were available to me. It's very functional as a free app. Surprisingly, there are also no ads. Amazing. Is this the best way to study? Probably not in terms of deep diving. I would be scared to used it as a stand-alone. BUT it's a great way to just dive into the exam content early in whatever program you're in and start re-familiarizing yourself with old content or expose yourself to new content early. The app explains exactly why you are wrong and gives good background information. I rarely have to google anything to understand what I was missing. Before the answers read like technical robot generated terms of service.
