## What is Nqta staff?

THE COUNTER SIDE OF NQTA

This is the staff app. If you're a customer collecting points, you want Nqta instead — this one only works with a merchant account.

Nqta Staff is what sits by the till. A customer shows their code, you scan it, you type what they spent, and their points land before they've put their phone away. That's the whole job, and the app does not ask you to do anything else.


AT THE COUNTER

Scan
Open the camera, point it at the customer's screen. It reads the code from any angle, and there's a torch for a dark counter.

See who it is before you commit
The scan shows the customer's name and current balance first. Wrong person, wrong code, wrong screen — you find out before anything is awarded, not after.

Enter the amount
Type what they spent and the receipt number. Tap once. Points, stamps and tier progress are all worked out for you.

Redeem
Switch to Redeem and scan a customer's reward coupon. It confirms what they're claiming and marks it used, so the same coupon can't be spent twice.

Confirmation you can show them
Every scan ends on a screen with the points awarded and the customer's new balance, big enough to turn around and show them. Stamp card completed? It says so, and shows the reward code it just issued.


BUILT SO NOTHING GOES WRONG QUIETLY

Every scan is recorded against the member of staff who made it, the branch, and the receipt number. A receipt number can only be used once, so the same purchase cannot be awarded twice — by accident or otherwise.

Your manager sets the limits: the most that can be awarded in one transaction, how many times a customer can earn per day, how many scans one employee can make in an hour. The app enforces them at the counter and explains why when it stops.

A customer's code changes every few minutes and works exactly once. A screenshot is worthless the moment it has been scanned.


ARABIC AND ENGLISH

Your team switches between them from the sign-in screen — before they log in, not buried in a setting behind it. Full right-to-left layout, not English text pushed to the other side.


FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS

You create staff accounts in the Nqta merchant portal, and each one signs in here with their own login. Nobody shares a password, so every transaction has a name against it, and removing someone's access takes one click.
