It’s been 2 days since the latest update, and the app is still basically unusable. The transaction glitch hasn’t been fixed, making it impossible to send or receive money smoothly. For something as essential as banking, this is unacceptable. What’s worse is there’s been no clear update, no communication, and no urgency from the bank’s side. Users are left stuck, not knowing when (or if) the issue will be resolved. With digital banking becoming a necessity, problems like this show how unreliable some of these apps still are. People depend on these services daily — delays and glitches like this cause real inconvenience.
