### 1/5 — Not great

*2025-05-05, version 1.6*

Clearly AI generated with many discrepancies. There are definitely better options. Waste of money that could be used on a better app.

### 1/5 — False Answers

*2025-02-28, version 1.6*

When answering questions it will tell you that your answer is wrong. But in the explanation why it tells you that your answer is did in fact pick the correct answer. How can you trust that any of the other questions on the app are accurate. This app is garbage do not use it

### 1/5 — Full of Errors

*2025-02-10, version 1.6*

This app is so full of errors that it feels unusable. Correct answers are marked wrong, some questions are only partial sentences, etc. The whole thing is kind of a mess and certainly not worth the cost.

It also confuses scopes of practice and includes inappropriate questions for exam prep.

Pocket Prep is a MUCH BETTER and cheaper option. Go with that instead.

### 1/5 — Not Good

*2025-01-24, version 1.6*

App only provides EMT questions even if Paramedic is selected. Company is non responsive to emails requesting assistance. Regret the purchase.

### 1/5 — Payment

*2024-09-24, version 1.5*

I thought this app would help me out so I payed for the week to week plan. Every time I tried to cancel the plan it didn’t cancel. I emailed the creators of the app and told them to cancel my subscription because it does say you can “CANCEL ANYTIME” welp that’s a scam because when I try to cancel. It never works. And they keep trying to charge me every week.

### 1/5 — Yet another app that can’t seem to find the right answer

*2024-04-18, version 1.1*

I have screenshots to back it up. Twice during the practice test this app told me my answer was “wrong” only to tell me my answer was right in the explanation section. Apple should probably think about pulling most of these apps if they are going to provide bad medical information.

### 1/5 — The app is contradicting to itself

*2023-09-05, version 1.1*

I came across a question twice in which both of them had different responses so it makes me wonder or any other questions accurate. The first time I came across it I chose what I thought was the right answer but appeared to be wrong. The second time I came across it I answered what it said was right answer the first time I came across it. It said it was wrong, how can that be when I literally just saw it and it said it was the right answer. the answer I chose the first time which was said to be wrong, was actually right. I have screenshots of this question but it won’t let me post them.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Wrong Answer

*2026-07-08, version 1.7*

I have been a emt for a long time since 2006. I have to re do my NREMT for a job. I downloaded this to help me study but when I find a answer mark as wrong but I know is right and even the explanation you give says my answer is right ( OPQRST), I can’t trust this app. Too bad I can’t add pictures to show, but really.

### 1/5 — Horribly designed

*2026-05-03, version 1.7*

It’s pretty clear this app was designed by AI. There are some questions where even if you select the right answer, it says it’s wrong, then if you click the explanation it lists the “right” answer as the explanation! Half of the questions are also spelled incorrectly or don’t make sense. Don’t waste your money.

### 1/5 — Wonky questions

*2026-03-26, version 1.7*

Several questions are incorrect

### 1/5 — Do not recommend

*2026-02-05, version 1.7*

Downloaded and paid for a subscription, multiple times I’ve found answers that conflict from actual NREMT guidelines or approved materials, have noticed difference in wordings such as onset vs origin which depart from NREMT teachings. As an EMT instructor I’d strongly recommend steering clear of this specific app.

### 1/5 — Bad Info

*2026-01-30, version 1.7*

Just within the 20 free practice questions, two incorrect answers were given. I’m very glad I didn’t pay for the premium. I would hate to be paying for and studying wrong answers without realizing. If you’re looking for a study resource, look elsewhere.

### 1/5 — Waste of Money

*2025-09-21, version 1.6*

Very disappointed in this app.

### 1/5 — Do NOT study with this app

*2025-09-10, version 1.6*

Despite the typos this app has so many questions that are off. A big part of EMT B is patient assessment and this throws the cardinal layout and ground rules of XAbc and ABC right out the window. Instead of doing proper assessment some of the answers skip over what a proper EMT should be doing on scene. One question supposedly involving a TIA said your first course of action should be to inform the patient before taking any vitals. Absolutely ridiculous!

### 1/5 — So Many errors in questions

*2025-08-18, version 1.6*

I paused for the 1 year and if I could figure out how to get a refund I would, there are so many errors and no way of flagging the question for error review. After you answer, it offers explanations, and one it said I got wrong, I clicked the explanation and it said it was right.
Waste of money. Avoid

### 1/5 — Not sure to trust

*2025-05-30, version 1.6*

Looks of spelling errors and it is clearly not proof read. Duplicate questions with different answers, unsure if any of the answers are right as a lot of them are not covered in the textbook

### 1/5 — Wrong information

*2025-05-28, version 1.6*

This app has wrong questions and typos everywhere. I used this in hopes to pass my EMT but it did not help whatsoever. I’ve even tried reaching out to them with no response. Do not spend $50 on this. Instead, use Paramedic Coach’s NREMT prep. That helped me pass.

## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Recommend by my 68W drill sergeant

*2026-02-21, version 1.7*

Seems good and helpful so far

### 5/5 — 5 star

*2023-10-20, version 1.1*

Working on RN to EMT & love the practice exams with full rational for each answer included!

### 5/5 — Passed EMT-B NREMT on first try

*2023-05-19, version 1.0*

Greetings! I would like to start by expressing my gratitude to all the individuals who collaborated to create this incredible app. I cannot stress enough how much this app helped me in my preparation for the NREMT. For those of you who are considering whether or not to purchase this app, particularly the unlimited access, I would strongly recommend it! I, myself, chose to invest in the unlimited version to aid my NREMT studies. I took my time with the smaller quizzes and attempted the cumulative tests in one go to assess my progress. While I was not perfect in my first attempt, I continued to work on my weak areas until I was confident in my knowledge. The daily refreshers are highly beneficial even after passing the NREMT, they have helped me retain information. Thanks to this app, I cleared the NREMT in one go, and it played a pivotal role in my preparations. If you're looking for a reliable study tool, this app is excellent. I wish you all the best with your studies, and good luck in your future career!

### 3/5 — Needs Work

*2025-02-01, version 1.6*

Honestly not a bad review, sometimes the words, questions or answers are spelled or formatted weird but I did pass the NREMT first try with a little bit of difficulty but I was more confident, honestly not bad but the best prep in my opinion is JBLearning however this was solid in my opinion and it did what was advertised, it helped me pass my NREmt first go around.

### 3/5 — Spelling errors and bad explanations

*2024-12-05, version 1.5*

Some questions are great and I feel like I have retained a lot from this app. But there are several spelling errors and questions worded wrong. A lot of answers don’t have good explanations. Really could use some help. I wouldn’t pay for this app. There are better ones to pay for

### 3/5 — Nice app but needs some work

*2024-09-10, version 1.5*

I have found that on some questions. The wrong answer is in fact the right answer and the explanation will state word for word the answer I picked but was marked wrong. There are some explanations that don’t entirely make sense. Also, some answer choices are mashed together with no spaces between words which makes the answer choice hard to read.

I am already NREMT Certified but taking the test again tonight for state reciprocity requirements. I look forward to passing it again for the third time.

### 2/5 — Questions with incorrect answers

*2026-04-29, version 1.7*

I have only done about 60 questions so far and have already found three questions that marked the correct answer as incorrect. The explanation provided is correct but the corresponding correct answer was indicated as incorrect.
