This app is close to useless now ### 1/5 — App is fine. Content not loaded well. *2019-01-16, version 7.1* Exhibitors hard to locate as exhibitors are not in correct categories and search is not helpful. No ability to filter to favorites to make floor walk more targeted. It is abnormally difficult to get to the program schedule, even harder to build a personal schedule, and then it won’t export to my calendar. Once I linked my profile to LinkedIn I could not manually edit it to bring up relevant information to other attendees. Seriously, the NRF needs to do some soul searching. The Shop.org program conference has deteriorated to a largely meaningless line-up and this app tells you the core values of customer engagement are not in play in this arena. ### 1/5 — Can't log in *2017-01-16, version 3.1* Disappointed as I was unable to login. My badge is does not work. Can't access maps or vendors at the show having to use papers ### 1/5 — Can't get past load screen legal modal. *2016-09-25, version 3.0* If the app were a video game, the legal modal is the final boss and you are a noob. You don't stand a chance. ### 1/5 — Does not open with iPhone 6 *2014-09-29, version 1.11* Every time I try to open the app it crashes. The development team should consider larger font in search screens. Developers may be in their 20’s and 30’s but your attendees are generally a bit more seasoned (can’t see).
