It seems to be a problem on the app. This is horrible and rubbish. ### 1/5 — Absolute rubbish app *2026-04-05* I’ve come to the gym 3 days in a row. One day I’ve been told that theirs tech issues and I can’t access the gym but I thought fair enough. Second time same thing. Third day after updating my app I was told I need to log in on my trusted device when I’ve used the same device all the time. ### 1/5 — Cant access the app *2026-03-22* No matter how many times I request a password reset or reach out to support for a link. It is impossible to login.
