The website doesn't have this either . ### 1/5 — App is wack *2024-03-04* Paying more than PureGym but somehow the pure gym app is waaay better. You can check when the gym is busy etc. with pure gym this app is giving the bare minimum and I can’t get past the log in page as it suddenly doesn’t recognise my email. I think this definitely should be added to allow for hands free entry and better people management like the gym group or pure gym. That way I can go there when it’s NOT too busy. Also could do with a guide in setting up the app, and how to easily link it to the equipment. Even if it’s not an exact number and instead just like a scale from basically empty to packed. A lot of other gyms have this feature and it’s something that’s honestly enough to make someone choose a different gym over NRG ### 2/5 — Doesn’t recognise my email address but not giving me an option to create account *2022-08-23* Had the app before.
