With the NRGkick App you can view various settings for your NRGkick, interesting statistics and information about your charging process. The app gives you access to advanced features such as photovoltaic led charging, automated charging reports, and the ability to control charging power and charging current. With the NRGkick app you always have a complete overview of your charging process: different parameters such as voltage, current, power and energy are visualized and you can change the current in up to 0,1A steps while charging. Charging costs, average energy consumption, range, CO2 savings and other useful information are displayed and recorded. Über den Jahreswechsel wurde die Lizenz nicht aktiviert, weil in der Zeit kein Versand stattfindet. Na gut - warten angesagt. Urlaub muss sein. Irgendwann kam tatsächlich eine Kaufbestätigung mit GLS Tracking Link (für ein digitales Gut?). App angemeldet und es funktioniert und sich freuen? Nein. Die Cloudanmeldung in der App läuft in einen Timeout ohne Fehlermeldung und die Anmeldung im Browser wirft einen ClientSide Error - eine AWS Instanz liefert einen Fehler 400. Der Support hat meine Mail (noch?) nicht beantwortet. Die Website scheint nicht besser: so führt der Registrierungslink für ein Kundenkonto auf eine Seite mit sinngemäß „hier gibt es nichts zu sehen“. Ich hoffe, die App wird irgendwie gefixt - sonst hätte ich gern mein Geld zurück. Cloud war Kaufkriterium, da der NRGKick in einem anderen WLAN hängt. ### 1/5 — Dysfonctionnement et SAV méprisant *2025-11-06, version 1.8.10* Manifestement NRGkick considère que ses câbles et son application ne peuvent pas connaître l’échec. SAV méprisant, uniquement par mail malgré demande de prise de contact pour régler le problème rapidement par téléphone. Les problèmes persistent et ne sont pas réglés car c’est forcément dû à un mauvais utilisateur. Ma pire expérience utilisateur pour un produit très onéreux de surcroît. ### 4/5 — Gelungenes Gerät 👍 *2025-09-04, version 1.8.6* Funktionell bin ich Top zufrieden. Nur der Laden pausieren Button, ist sehr unglücklich positioniert. Wenn ich die App schließen will, ist es mir schon ein paarmal passiert, das ich Laden pausieren ausgelöst habe. Smartfunktion unbrauchbar…. ### 1/5 — Schlechte Verbindung zum Ladenetzwerk *2025-05-03, version 1.8.3* Die Verbindung und der Verbindungsaufbau zum vorkonfigurierten Ladenetzwerk erfolgt sehr schlecht bis gar nicht. Hinweise woran es liegt, finden sich nirgends. Man kann die Verbindung auch noch anstoßen. ### 4/5 — Historique des charges *2025-03-07, version 1.8.1* Bonne application qui fonctionne parfaitement avec des produits de qualité. Cependant, les chargeurs de notre entreprise communiquent automatiquement via l’API de NRGkick pour réaliser un split billing et l’application n’informe pas l’utilisateur de l’historique des dernières charges (kwh consommés) : l’utilisateur devra attendre la prochaine synchronisation avec notre système pour être informé de cette valeur. ### 5/5 — top *2025-01-03, version 1.8.0* fonctionne parfaitement bien 16A charge à 3,7Kw en mono sur GreenUp penser à prendre le nrgkick en prise P17 et le brancher sur un adaptateur Shuko P17 acheté pour ma part chez LeroyMerlin ### 1/5 — Verbindung über GPS *2024-12-21, version 1.8.0* Es gibt ständig Probleme mit der Verbindung über GPS bzw. bei starten der APP wird das Gerät nicht angezeigt.
