App crashes and constantly  have to re download.

Attempted to login to app and received error. Submitted “forgot password” and updated. Successfully logged in on website with new password. Attempted to login on app with new password and received same login error. With NRH Centre moving to a small card and preferring us to use app, I’m concerned that I can’t access app successfully.
