## What is NS Mindfulness?

This app was created to help study the clinical effects of meditation and mindfulness. The app is free to use, if you like it please consider supplying your email so we can include you in our research projects!

### 1.0.3 — 2023-01-03

The Pain, Meditation, and Quality of Life Journal design updates and implementation are included in Release 2.0. Configure timer's concept and implementation have changed. There have also been updates to the Courses and Surgery Date. This release focuses on changes for a more user-friendly UI. This release also includes several changes to the Onboarding pages. The user will now be able to change the font size throughout the application.
