I tried to sign in using my NSBE account. “Could not authenticate user” error showed up..

No work-around from NSBE

I repeatedly receive an error stating “could not authenticate user”. I never receive an email after requesting a password reset. The app is unusable and there is no information from NSBE regarding a workaround.

Great app, would be 5 stars if I can add conflicting events to my schedule. It’s good to know when things start/end and it’s easier to gauge time between events once I’m on site.

I logged in and was able to see the agenda, speakers and exhibitors in the menu. The transitions could be a little more fluid and have a loading frame, but other than that, very nice app 👍🏾
