However, if you’re only concerned with quick retention for a test than the study material in the is app may go into more depth than you’re looking for. Some of the stuff goes a little deeper than the Essentials of Strength and Conditioning 3rd and 4th editions cover which is really all you need to pass the test. ### 2/5 — Mediocre *2019-08-11* Lots of wrong answers. Ex: strength training athletes need _____ protein g/kg? Per this app it’s 1.8, per NSCA book it’s 1.4-1.7 (p 183) There are a few more, it’s on the dev to find them.
