NSChat is the supervision companion for teams running Aram AI agents. Monitor every conversation your AI handles across WhatsApp, web chat, Instagram and Messenger, and step in with a human reply the moment it's needed — all from your phone.
• Unified inbox — see every conversation with live status (AI handling, waiting, needs a human, resolved) and unread badges, filtered by channel or attention.
• Live takeover — read the full thread, switch AI off, and reply by text or attachment. Delivery ticks show sent, delivered and seen.
• Voice calls — review inbound and outbound AI calls with outcomes, durations and recordings. Play any call back with a synced transcript and an AI summary.
• Push notifications — get alerted instantly when a conversation needs a human, and tap straight into it.
• Built for the region — full Arabic and English support, right-to-left layout.
NSChat connects to your organization's Aram workspace. A company account is required to sign in.
