## What is NShape Sets?

NShape Sets is a simple and flexible training tool - HIIT, Sprint 8, strength training, etc.

- Train efficiently, every day. Hit your goals, simply.

- Flexible workouts. End early, add some more sets, adjust your Rest.  Even in the middle of a workout.

- No login, no data collected. Just set and go.

- Workouts can be collected to HealthKit on your phone.
