I wanted to join the membership program, but it’s surprisingly inconvenient. Not only do I have to pay to become a member, but I also can’t sign up online—I have to physically go to a counter just to apply. The membership is not free, yet the process seems unnecessarily difficult and discouraging for customers. On top of that, the app offers no real value or convenience. Overall, this “loyalty” program feels more like a barrier than a benefit.

No point to do re-register at Customer Service and fees payable when I downloaded this Apps caused follow the receipt instructions. But, after I tried to let Cashier to scan my QR Code from the Apps for collect points unfortunately it's show INVALID ! STUPID la ! Wasted my phone space as well.

Your foreign workers have never used my membership card. I told them, but they said: Oh, it doesn’t matter, it’s just accumulating points (All I want the membership price!!) at Klang NSK branch

Nice ada app ni senang tak payah bawa kad ahli atau terlupa bawa boleh guna ni. Tapi nampak mcm tak menarik je app ni. Cuba tengok app company lain dan compare. Barang di nsk ada sesetengah tu mahal dari tempat lain. Mendadak je naik harga.
