Very unpredictable. App occasionally opens, most often freezes. No updates to fix these issues. Not good enough for paramedics responding to ever evolving cases.

Please update this app. I have tried to use it several times now whilst on a job and it will not move past the initial page. After opening the app it continuously attempts to open/download so we can’t see any content.

When opening it says there is an update to be undertaken but it doesn’t down load the information just sits and does nothing .

Every time I open the app it’s constantly saying there’s a download for new content. 
Selecting download to keep it up to date and it doesn’t download.
Being as there is a disclaimer stating this is for use by on-road NSW Paramedics for on the job medication and protocol reference, it is, I believe very dangerous to change policies and pharmacology dosages etc and not have the ability to check that the treatment provided is right and up to date with best practice.

I have the latest OS on my phone. I have deleted to old app, downloaded this new one twice and it will not download the updates. Both times I have left it for 2 hours and it still does nothing. NSWA pays a lot of money for this, the least the developer can do is get the updates to download.
Next step is to use IIMS to notify app will not upload lasted content.

Have tried at least a dozen times, sometimes up to 4 hours with no result! Just keeps saying that it is downloading and do not close the app.

The update that has been set for this app for months doesn’t download. No matter how long you wait or reconnect. The developers need to rectify this ASAP. As said previously nswa pay a lot of money for this app.

Great app however could be better if our skills were added to it. If the skills were hyperlinked from each protocol it would be even better.

Easy to use app could benefit form a paediatric WETFLAGS or WETMAGS age calculator which would show all calculations based on paediatric ages.

There is no better app on the market than this app. From checklists to calculators, from protocols to pharmacologies - all sections are easy to follow, intuitive, and seamless in navigation from one to the other. The app designer has used all their portuatence to ensure Paramedics have a fantastic tool in their pocket 24/7 for their patients. Well done NSWA.
