Opening app every time to a black screen, I have to delete the app and reinstall

Every time to login the service needs to delete the app and reinstall with WWCC information and password set is really annoying

-Each day it takes 2 attempts to go online & today i had to re enter my details to log on. 
-Inability to mark absent prior to a set time.
-Inability to link to a navigation option.
-Inability for contractors to check

App is working beautifully overall but when I opened particular student, APP is hangout after 2 or 3 minutes. When it happens I turned APP off and reopened. But this morning it was not working even I deleted and re installed. When I opened the thing morning RUN it said “this run already progress “ , I  can’t go in. It not allowed me to do anything thin , results I can’t finish my RUN this morning.
