Been struggling to link the alarms to my phone. Bluetooth is on and receiver is on but no joy. Can you fix the pairing

Useless .
Every time I connect with the app and set the alarm settings great . However when I turn off the remote receiver all the app settings are lost and have to re connect to the app via  the receiver again . There is no auto connect . !!!!

Background photo effects get in the way of the writing which is not large enough. And very minimal instructions. Very disappointed 1 star rating from me 😩

The update just crashes as soon as I open the app.  Shame. Great alarms but this company's customer service and support is shockingly bad.  
I was barred from commenting on their Facebook posts just for questioning their lack of customer service.  Great way to treat your customers who have paid good money for these alarms.

I can’t get the sound to come out of my phone also I can’t seem to control anything with my phone either. Every time I change something on my phone and use the bite alarm. Everything iv set on my phone just goes back to how it was prior to the change. Can anybody help me out

Shame sensitivity issue has not been resolved from the review here which is now 4 years old ! Which does call into question the support. Other than that I love this app and bait alarms.

Good app but could do with updating.

Add features:

1: Only show what alarms you have and not all products.

2: Be able to change your sounds.

Would be a great app when updated..

Its a good app but could be improved. Example -  sensitivity is different on the app to what they are actually set to on the alarm itself.

2.6 Stars? Deserves a much better review. I’ve found these great to use and a very responsive bite alarm.
The sensitivity levels are perfect and it’s great to have the option to mute them on your phone whilst keeping the hand held receiver with you in the bivvy without getting soaked.

The app is very basic and simple. It doesn’t need to be much else (they’re bite alarms at the end of the day?)

Perfect product!
