ขึ้นข้อความว่าหมายเลขนี้ลงทะเบียนแล้ว ช่วยปรับปรุงด่วนครับ ใช้งานยากมาก ไม่ easy เหมือนชื่อแอปเลย

Just presents you with a login (?) screen with some options but all in Thai.  Description says thus app is in English

1: No English language access, even though the last version had an English language translation. And even though MANY of their customers speak English as their primary language.

2: App is NOT intuitive. Simply finding out my billing info was like having my teeth pulled with a pair of pliers.

จำเป็นต้องพึ่งพาช่องทางการชำระค่าบริการทางออนไลน์เนื่องจากไม่ได้อยู่ในประเทศไทยตลอดเวลา เวบ TOT ก็เข้าได้บ้าง ไม่ได้บ้าง ส่วนแอปนี้ก็ห่วยมาก เชื่องช้า ฟังก์ชั่นโบราณ ใช้งานยาก TOT มีลูกค้าจำนวนไม่น้อยเลย น่าจะลงทุนจ้างคนออกแบบแอปให้ดีกว่านี้ อย่าเห็นว่าเป็นเรื่องเล็กน้อยเลยนะคะ
