Only issue is it could use improvements. First of all, it would be great if I could bookmark items I’m interested in so I don’t have to sit in a stream for hours waiting for the item to get ran. Second it would be cool if we could pre-bid on items in case we can’t make it to the stream when item gets ran. There are a bunch of other things as well but those two are what I can think of off the top of my head. ALSO! Customer service needs to actually service the customers! My girlfriend is still waiting since NOVEMBER for a refund on $300+ worth of clothes she bought in a stream that turned out to be fake! I put in a $7 bid, but because the app froze for a few seconds, by the time it unfroze, a bid was entered in my account for $295 and i was charged and sent sneakers even though my intended bid was $7. I IMMEDIATELY got in touch with customer service as well as the sellers about this mistake but nothing was done as they said they do not honor cancellations and i am now holding a $300 pair of sneaker that do not fit me bc my $7 bid was entered as $295. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2024-06-21, version 4.37.1* They will sell u fake items, and NOT refund your money they will IGNORE you after sending 1 message back. The auction host misrepresented the value of the shoes, and failed to disclose that they all had damaged boxes, and are actually labeled as "Not Suitable for Sale!” They also charged me $80 to ship me 4 pairs of shoes in one box. I tried several times to contact them but they refused to accept a return.
