What a waste of time. Asked for product code, name or scan. Tried scanning the bar code hidden in a very inconvenient place on my Henry Quick Pet and also the model name and all failed. Also the QR code on the hard copy instructions leads to a site where you are asked to subscribe $ monthly!!!

One Stop Cleaning Shop - we can now give our customers the ability to trouble shoot problems with their scrubber dryers at the time the problem occurs. If they need to order a new accessory the ap gives them the ability to identify the correct code really quickly. Helping us help them. Finally the ap also reduces training costs as there are also handy how to videos. Great innovation, Thank You Numatic!
