Annoyingly can not create an account. Reading reviews same issue as reported 10 months ago. Come on guys fix or give up.

Wasn’t anything to shout about but did everything I needed it to so was happy. Now the app doesn’t communicate with the device on wall, tried deleting app and reinstalling and now saying it doesn’t recognise my login. Also, keywords in the app for scheduling the days/times and setting temperature disappeared so had to guess what I was doing. Won’t be using this brand when we move house

Really hard to navigate, no sense to layout, visually underdeveloped, desperately requires updating, doesn’t work with recent OS updates (light or dark appearance) and is honestly the worst app I have ever had the unfortunate experience to have to use (no other choice) with my heating system.  It really is very upsetting.

Hands down this is the worst-designed, least user friendly app I have ever used. It is appallingly hard to navigate, the tabs are near meaningless. I wish I'd gone with poly pipe.

Very poor customer service from a leading heating company. Not able to create an account, due to email already in use. About time this was rectified. Or take the app off.
