I really wanted to love these glasses and the app; God knows it’s expensive.  The app is just mediocre.  There are so many things that in theory it could do, but doesn’t deliver.

Cannot log in if you have Settings > Display > Display Zoom set to “on”. Keyboard covers the password field.

Je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux vu les annonces et le tarif.
Pas de réglages assez fin, pas de corrections automatiques pour les bruits type vents etc. Et surtout gros problème des effets de larsen intempestifs suivant les bruits environnants.
La durée batteries est également décevante 6h max en régime normal.
Impatient des mises à jour.

L’appli sur la montre c’est parfait et plus discret que sortir son tel. Mais quand on lance l’appli sur la montre elle demande d’ouvrir l’appli sur l’iPhone à chaque fois bref complément inutile

Il manque le réglage individuel droite gauche du volume.
Le filtrage de sa propre voix n'est pas efficace. C'est dommage, on entend beaucoup trop sa voix amplifiée. Il y a pourtant bien un réglage qui est censé compenser cela , mais il n'a aucun effet.
Il y a du potentiel de développement .

Bien mais avec beaucoup de MAIS. Pour mon premier jour d utilisation, il y a beaucoup de larsen. Assez désagréable en soi avec une peur panique que mes interlocuteurs l entendent. De plus , l appli bloque régulièrement. Impossible de changer du mode frontal au circulaire en cours d utilisation par exemple, il faut supprimer l appli la réinstaller pour pouvoir à nouveau changer des paramètres. L aide auditive reste cependant appréciable.

L'idée est bonne, des lunettes qui cumulent l'ouïe et la vue, mais à mon sens, il manque grandement un réglage utilisateur paramétrable (genre équaliseur ) car les 4 réglages de base ne répondent pas totalement à mes besoins. De même une balance gauche/droite sur le volume serait appréciée ( dans mon cas la perte auditive est plus importante à gauche qu'à droite). Pour ce qui est de la batterie, je suis plutôt sur une durée de 5 heures que de 8 comme annoncé. Les lunettes sont prometteuses et j'espère qu'elles vont évoluer...

App and website are not designed for the UK market. For example to look for a store only stores in USA can be searched for.

Leider funktioniert die Verbindung zwischen der App und der Brille nach dem letzten Update nicht mehr, und kann somit nur drei Punkte geben.  Brille nur eingeschränkt funktionsfähig.

Tried entering data. Unfortunately very easy to make typos. Never did received code for email verification. Remember something flashing into view. Never gave me a heads-up about that in the app. Only found it later in the main instruction book later when it was too late. If your on the west coast it’s usually to late for Tech support or questions. Also Chat doesn’t work after hours. It just keeps resetting erasing your questions. Trash day is coming. Save your money for something else is my suggestion.

This is a required app to use an $1100 pair of glasses that costs $46 to download!  That is beyond asinine

Nice packaging but I never got it to work not only because the app too complicated and does not work, the  privacy of my personal conversations will be compromised. This is serious 1984 stuff. Of course, Mark Zuckerberg is the largest shareholder… No thanks

I’ve waited a long time for these hearing aids and was hoping that the delayed launch was at least having a finished product as a consequence.  But what a disappointment.  Connecting with the frame is patchy.  But what’s worse - when you try to change the password on the app it freezes every time and even several restarts of the phone ( IPhone 16 Pro Max) doesn’t change the outcome.

It keep saying that there was a problem and the email may be in use, tested several times with different emails. Always the same problem the glasses cannot be used without the app. So i cannot use my glasses. Fix it come on!

No nonsense glasses with hearing support. In busy environments glasses will last less than 5 hours but will last more when advanced beamforming processing is not used as much like watching tv at home. In a retail department store selling fragrance, processing makes a difference and can even improve things in tandem with hearing aids in my experience. However glasses will need charging so bring your Meta Gen 2s as a backup and use conversation focus at that point!

These glasses are the best I have had. With a prescription and this frame, it makes things easier!

Love my glasses with being able to hear is wonderful. 
I have hearing aids and I did not like them in my ears. 
The only problem is glasses ear pieces are a little tight. I was told they could not be adjusted??

Il serait souhaitable de pouvoir paramétrer un mode personnalisé en intégrant les résultats d’un examen d’audition (comme avec certains écouteurs…). Cela permettrait d’améliorer l’aide auditive qui est figée dans les 4 préréglages.
Mais globalement cette association d’amélioration de vue et de l’ouïe est une excellente idée !

Benutze die Brille seit einem Monat. Klingt manchmal etwas blechern. Akkulaufzeit ist Okay, wenn man die Hörunterstützung nicht braucht sie ausschaltet. Schön wäre es wenn man sie auch mit einer Smartwatch steuern könnte ( Lautstärke und Umschaltung Front und 360 grad)

Ich benutze die Brille jetzt eine Woche. Hörverstärkung ist für mich in zweiter Stufe ausreichend. Akkulaufzeit mit ununterbrochener Nutzung bei mir 7,5 h. Ich habe mir angewöhnt die Verstärkung abzuschalten wenn ich sie nicht brauche. So kann ich den Tag locker überbrücken. Hintergrundgeräusche ausblenden funktioniert einwandfrei, Windgeräusche bleiben aber ein Problem. Hier ist mit Sicherheit noch Luft nach oben, insgesamt ist die Brille eine elegante Lösung für leichte Hörprobleme.

Die Brille funktioniert entsprechend der Beschreibung und ist eine echte Hörhilfe. Negativ ist lediglich die Batterielaufzeit. Die angegebenen 8h kann ich nicht bestätigen. Leider nicht mehr wie 5-6h.

Ich habe Schwierigkeiten mit der Brille ich saß vor dem Fernseher und es kam ein Lautes Piepen. Ich war bei Apollo um zu wissen an was es liegen könnte, sie konnten wir nicht helfen da die App nach dem öffnen sich wieder schließt.

I really wished this hearing aid worked.  It is an elegant solution.  I think they are going thru teething pain though and it is buggy.  Firmware updates keep popping up.  Also every time I put on glasses, I have to go to the app to reset the mode (the tapping thing does not work as many reviewers said).  I ended up returning them.

App works well but always reverts to default settings and not previous settings used. Squelching sound when getting close to another (when hugging). Wind can cause an annoying noise. Wish you could adjust sound tone with an equalizer setting(bass, treble) App is easy to use though but hopefully improvements are on the horizon
