No reviews because no one could use the application in the first place . What u mean by institution , I put the name the hospitals where I work which is a major Hosp in london but no luck , and the name of major uk university and no luck also . Is this a puzzle ?? I am already stressed and have no time for this

Unable to use because it doesn’t let u go past institution in profile - whatever u write u get a message ‘ institution is valid, but no systems in configuration’. No way of finding out what this means or how to correct!!!
And for this review - the system has rejected 100 nicknames - including my name and ridiculous words!!!

Downloaded app and tried to open. Could not get past the screen requiring one to enter institution. I am at a large Level 1 trauma center in Phoenix, and Dragon couldn't find either the hospital or the medical group. Strange since we all use Dragon Medical in the clinics. A complete waste of a download!!

I deleted app within seconds of trying to use it because it couldn't locate the facility for whom I work in its search, so I could not go any further with the app, so I deleted it.

I would have liked to have had access to this but no one from the UK can gain access - we cannot get past the "institution" barrier. What a waste of my time. Please don't waste yours.

I have installed and configured systems for over 25 years and have never seen a program come out of beta and be as flawless and easy to use as dmmr. The speed of transmission, the sound quality, and the simple but highly functional interface make this app a sure winner and must have for physcians everywhere.
  With the iPhone, the Dragon apps, and especialoy DMMR, the physcian truly has a one device solution.

We have installed on 20 physicians iPhones and all are loving it for their dictation!  As far as IT support it can't be beat. I don't hear issues anymore. Training time 10 minutes tops!  We LOVE it

I have dictated for over 20 years and I've never had it this easy!  I'm down to one piece of hardware (love the Verizon IPhone IV) and seconds after I dictate my notes are ready for transcription. I have yet to complain.  Go Nuance!

The software is like nothing I’ve ever used. Even scribes don’t spell this accurately! 
BUT! when I first began using the software years ago, you could buy the medical dictation app. 
Now - yup about 600-1000$ !!!! Even if you’re ONE NURSE JUST WANTING TO FIND A HACK FOR ARTHRITIS LOL. 

Dragon/Nuance... RNs don’t always work for big hospitals or practices with access to your products for US!
You could do well with nurses. We are beginning to use scribes bc we have lots more documentation now, and in home care, there’s narrative. 
I’ve tried to reach Nuance- no luck for weeks weeks. Months. 
Please - can you open up a free standing version of this such as you used to have. Many people keep their own notes, have unusual practices or other. Myself, I just need something to use on my phone and iPad. Can you help? Thank you so much!!! Kate the nurse. Phone in account.

So far so good, however one feature I would like to see added is the ability to scan patient stickers to auto populate the MRN number to save time. With that added function would greatly improve functionality!!

After downloading the ipad Dragon dictate, I thought this would be similar (only medical-focused).  However, you have to have a paid-for account to even use this app.  :(  Somehow, this was not clear to me - hope they change the info to reflect the need to buy a $600 computer program, or be in the military to have an account.

This app I'm operating system six worked well. But with the new version seven it continues to lock up after each single use I have to this delete it and then re-download it each day. This needs to be fixed obviously
