Ok so the app isn’t awful but not only is it not accurate but it also doesn’t let you change your daily goal.When I try and change it never saves and the same thing happens with getting notifications.I have tried to sett it up so that I get notifications when I have a text , WhatsApp or phone call and it last for a little bit then it stops working.

This app is used for the nuband health watches and it does everything it says. It tracks your sleep and steps. Personally I don’t agree with the other reviews as apparently when u stay still it tracks your steps and keeps on going up, but for me even if you shake it it doesn’t count.

My only negative point is that to see your sleep you have to go on the app then clear the app out of your recents then open it again. That is the same with checking you steps but you can see how many calories, steps, and how far you’ve walked in total on the watch itself.

Rubbish at tracking sleep, missing the lift wrist to light screen function!!! Steps go up even when your not moving so doesn’t actually track your steps.
