Would be much better if they were compatible. ### 3/5 — If you have problems *2019-04-27* Band working ok, synced to app but then stopped working and band was stuck on Bluetooth screen. To fix this I uninstalled the App from my phone, recharged the Nuband and it started working again. The band is only for our child so not bothered about data recording. ### 2/5 — Ok *2018-08-27* I don’t mind the band it looks pretty stylish. But the app looks and feels very basic. I previously had a cheap band from eBay and the op for that dayday was much better than this. This doesn’t even share info with MyFitnessPal or apple health which to me is pretty basic and one of the main reasons I got it. Very disappointed! After I few days i am now if the option that this app is completely rubbish. Takes ages to sync on occasions. The data is clearly incorrect calculates far too many steps and fare too little sleep. I would not recommend this app or any NuBand products after this! ### 3/5 — NuBand app not working on *2018-05-14* For some reason the nuband app is not working on my iPhone SE, it was working fine before not had an update so can’t understand why it’s now not working, I have even deleted app and reinstalled it sadly still not working. But the app is a problem, sometimes it syncs, sometimes it doesn’t. Once when I connected it erased everything and kept nothing. It is quite unnerving even disturbing to say the least. Clock does not change from 24 hours to 12 hours on the nuband ### 2/5 — Frustrated *2016-01-22* For a solid month everything was perfect. Now I have to delete the app and re install each day. It will not sync anymore. It says connecting them connected then stops. I have turned the phone and watch off then turned them both on. I tried turning off the Bluetooth and then turning it back on. To get this app to sync I have to delete it from my phone and reinstall it but even then it does not save the data. Do not waste your time or your money. The band is lightweight so doesn't bother me when I am wearing it and the information sync's and pairs really quickly. Under £80 is great value as most band retail between £80-£150. Really pleased. Also I found the basic website pretty helpful as I downloaded the instructions off this when I lost mine. I saw the review below. This band doesn't need to plug in. I think you have the wrong app. Nuband 1 uses KeepFit+ not Nubandapp. Had a few issues on sync last week but downloaded app update and that has sorted problem on my iPhone 5 ### 5/5 — Pancho Dan)-) *2016-08-07* Thought a lot about getting by ban taken few months finely got one. Only just read the reviews after buying, I have iPhone 4s just basic only use it really for calls an txt till now, after charging me band fully, downloading the said app they tell you too I synced it without a problem first time only having to enter minimal details pressed a few buttons and it was done. Using it most of the day whilst totally forgetting that I had it on me wrist went through the same simple quick procedure as before, downloaded all me data from the day without a hitch to find everything and every step I've done there on me phone. Glad I didn't read any reviews before buying today as probably would have given it a miss but so glad I didn't.
