### 5/5 — New App Updates (crashing app)

I’ve been using the app for 7 months to track since my baby was born in the hospital. It has been the perfect app for so many reasons, including being able to add my nanny to the app. 

Now that she is in school, I still track at home but I am finding this new update 20 hours ago to be filled with bugs. The app keeps crashing. I am unable to update information, the screen is frozen most times I open it up. I’ve started the phone over multiple times. Once I have time to update my iCloud space due to not wanting to lose data i will attempt to re-download the app. Ultimately a little unhappy today but hoping in a few days it will be up and running a bit better.

This app is so disappointing. I was hoping we found a good way to use our physical Nubo tracker on an app so my husband and I could view the data but this app won’t even let me sign in. Errors constantly. I tried to create a new profile but it won’t let me connect my Nubo device… again, errors every time. The link for app support sends me to an error page.

An outage at our cloud provider at the time affected in-app operations. We know how frustrating that must have been. We’ve since released a much more stable new version of the app with major improvements. Please update to the latest version and try again, and if you still need help, contact our support team so we can assist directly.
