This app never works for me. Either prescriptions don’t go through or it just hangs and spins the spin of death.

I have noticed since going to this new app version the last five months, my refill request don’t go through to my pharmacy. I have to show up days alter and wait to have them filled on the spot. Such an annoyance that now I need to go “old school” to call for refills. There’s really no point to this app since refills cant be ordered through it

The old app is much better. In the new app the RX barcodes don’t scan correctly. The use interface is hard no navigate. You are in able to select delivery knowing the our pharmacy does deliver. Just a horrible experience…

The app is garbage. It worked well the first time I used it, after that not so much!! I refill my prescriptions every month but it states on every single RX in the app the last time filled was December 2019. I have ADDED NEW medications and had them filled, when I go to refill they are not listed in current prescriptions, so I have to ADD them again every single time. I’m deleting the app because it is useless to me!

Can never use the app to refill prescriptions. Never have been able to and have tried on more than a few occasions.

I find that my refill request doesn’t always go through.  Would be nice if the app gave more information.  Would like for it to show how many refills left, new prescriptions that have come it, and what is on file at the pharmacy.  I have no idea what Rx is already there to know if I can request for it to be filled or if I need to ask the dr for a refill.  Some meds get a new Rx each time, so gets a new number.  Also, if I have 2 of same med, but different dose, I can’t name it that way.

Love the app- I’m able to search health news, find coupons and get my medications refilled from the tip of my fingers ☺️
