### 1/5 — Does NOT upload pictures

*2024-10-26, version 2.78.01*

Why do you keep doing updates, but never fix the problem of not being able to upload picture. This is the only reason I use this app. But you ignore my question. Why?!!!

### 1/5 — Does NOT upload pictures

👎🏻 why doesn’t this app work anymore?

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2021-02-21, version 2.0.129*

My mom is in the hospital in a different state!! I can’t make this app work!!!
Horrible! My mom room phone is absolutely useless and so is this app. This is going on two weeks. Next time different hospital I’ve never had this problem before with others in a hospital, this is my mother, she wants to hear from me!!!
This is giving me a hard time posting ! Every nick name is taken!

### 1/5 — Terrible App!

*2021-02-01, version 2.0.129*

My 94 year old father is in the hospital with the coronavirus. This app is the only way any of the family can communicate with him.

The freaking app simply doesn’t work. It worked for a few days. Now all I get is a spinning star. The app is frozen.

I’ve deleted the app and reloaded the app several times. Same problem.

The poor hospital workers are overwhelmed. They don’t have the time to help, understandably so.

It’s simply inhuman to write such a poor app when it’s the only way family can communicate with their sick loved ones.

### 1/5 — iPad landscape mode fail.

*2017-09-18, version 1.0.2*

Those of us who use iPads with keyboard cases are disappointed.

### 2/5 — FIX IT AND it will be 5 star PERFECTION

*2025-05-19, version 2.79.6*

Here’s the problem. If the person in the nursing home, or care facility, doesn’t see the message on the screen immediately, or the notification there was a call, the screen goes back to something else like a home screen, and they have no idea there’s a message or a call. That makes no sense. It even has an OK to tap to clear the screen. Which is fine, if the patient is right there and sees the call or the message come through. In our situation, this renders this almost useless. I need my brother to be able to see that he has a message, or he has a phone call, and to call me back, therefore the “alert” on the screen must hold until he clears it. It mustn’t just disappear! Thank you.

### 5/5 — Willy Ickowics

*2021-04-15, version 2.0.141*

This app lets me communicate seamlessly with my mom who is living with us. It has really made life simpler and safer for our family!
