## What is Nucleus MDIS?

Nucleus MDIS by Southern Software gives authorized law enforcement, fire, and EMS personnel access to agency information and field workflows from an iPhone or iPad.

Stay informed in the field
• View active calls for service and incident details.
• Review unit information and update your assigned unit’s status.
• Use maps to view calls and available unit locations.
• Search supported agency records and review authorized results.
• Access agency-enabled alerts, BOLOs, security checks, and pre-plan information.

Built for agency workflows
Available features and information depend on your agency’s configuration, licensing, and your assigned permissions. An authorized account with a participating agency is required; this app does not provide public access to law enforcement records.

Location features require permission. When enabled and configured by your agency, background location supports unit-location updates while the app is not in the foreground.
