To remove(at least disable)
1. Open a chat with anyone else that is using iMessage
2. Tap message box like you are going to text
3. Scroll all the way to the end of your sticker options til you see 3 gray dots •••
4. Click on dots which will open iMessage window/app info
5. Top right- click “EDIT”
6. Scroll down to NudeMOJI
7. Turn it off 

IF YOU ARE LIKE ME, YOU WILL ALSO FINALLY BE ABLE TO TURN OFF ALL THE OTHER CRAP YOU DON’T WANT AS WELL.
