I tried to go back to edit some of the names and it kicked me out. Now it won’t let me back in even though I used my Apple account. It just keeps saying display_name is invalid.

**Developer response:** Thank you, and sorry. This was a bug in our "restart onboarding" flow, not your account. Fixed on 2026-09-09: open Nudge, close it fully, open again, sign in with Apple, enter your name once more. Your subscription is intact. Email support:support@nudgeclean.app if anything still blocks you.

Hey, I downloaded the app but unfortunately it will not load past the main screen. I can’t scroll down either. Deleted and redownloaded app with same result.

**Developer response:** Kasebro89, thank you for the detail. "I can't scroll down either" is the line that let me find this.

The first screen had no scrolling, so on some phones and text sizes the start button sat below the bottom of the display with nothing you could reach. Deleting and reinstalling wouldn't have helped, which is the part I feel worst about.

That screen now scrolls, and the text stops growing past the display. Sorry it took a one star review to catch it. support@nudgeclean.app reaches me directly if anything else sticks.

### 3/5 — Cute idea but kind of broken

The 5 min rescue doesn’t really work, and the task selection is weird, plus you cant skip or remove tasks in a way that works and makes sense. If they made the app function the way i think they intend and add a couple things i can see myself giving it 5 stars.

Since your review, Nudge versions 1.2.4 through 1.2.8 have fixed skip and remove behavior in the five-minute rescue and improved task selection, the first-step flow, and session recovery. If anything still feels wrong, email support@nudgeclean.app with the steps that led to it and I will trace it. There is no pressure to change your rating.

I'm really excited about this app. I appreciate the affordability of the subscription choice. The cat is really cute. Haven't encountered any bugs or crashes. Genuinely helpful. Thanks

Nudge has honestly made cleaning feel so much less overwhelming for me. It breaks things down in a way that actually helps me get started and keep going. Definitely worth trying
