Instead of generic motivational quotes, Nudge generates personalized nudges every day using Claude AI — based on your goals, your style, and where you actually are in your progress. It's like having a coach in your pocket who knows what you're working on.

DAILY AI NUDGES
Every day, Claude crafts a short, specific, warm motivational message for each of your goals. Not "you can do it!" — actual encouragement that knows what you've done this week and what you're working toward. The more progress you log, the more tailored your nudges get.

STREAKS THAT STICK
Track your daily consistency. Hit milestone streaks (7, 30, 100 days) for a satisfying celebration. Premium users get streak freezes to protect their streak when life happens.

HOME SCREEN WIDGET
See today's nudge, your current streak, and weekly completion rate on your Home Screen or Lock Screen — no need to open the app.

SMART SCHEDULING
Set custom delivery windows for each goal category. Fitness nudge in the morning, career nudge in the afternoon, learning at night. You decide when you want the push.

WEEKLY AI REPORTS (PREMIUM)
Every Sunday, get a personalized progress report — celebrating what worked, gently surfacing what slipped, and suggesting one specific thing to focus on next week.

FRIENDS (OPTIONAL)
