## What is Nudge?

Nudge is a clean reminder app built around one simple idea: every reminder should be allowed to sound different.

Import audio from Files and choose a custom sound for each reminder—or keep a reminder silent. Nudge automatically prepares compatible audio for iOS notifications and can privately sync your reminders and sounds across your devices with iCloud.

Organize your day with:

- Today, Upcoming, Everything, Important, and History views
- Colorful Spaces for different parts of your life
- Search, tags, priorities, flags, notes, URLs, and subtasks
- Two early alerts and flexible repeating schedules
- Arrival and departure location marks
- Time Sensitive delivery for every reminder, allowing Focus breakthrough by default
- Optional persistent alarms on iOS 26 and later
- Per-reminder custom sounds
- Private iCloud sync for reminders, Spaces, and imported sounds
- Complete and Snooze actions directly from notifications

Nudge is intentionally calm, fast, and free of in-app accounts, ads, analytics, and social clutter.

Important: Nudge notifications use Time Sensitive delivery, allowing them to break through Focus and Notification Summary by default. They still respect Silent Mode and your sound settings, and you can disable Time Sensitive delivery for Nudge in iOS Settings. On iOS 26 and later, Persistent alarms use a separate AlarmKit permission, can override Silent Mode and Focus, and remain active until stopped.
